02What Data We Collect

Information you give us directly

When you submit a form, book a call, or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone or WhatsApp number
• Your company name, where provided
• Your website URL, where provided
• Budget range and project details you choose to share
• Anything else you include in your message

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we and our analytics providers may collect:

• Your IP address and approximate location, usually at city level
• Browser type, device type and operating system
• Pages visited, time on page and how you navigated the site
• The site or advert that referred you
• Cookie identifiers

Information collected during projects

If you become a client, we may be given access to your systems, accounts, databases or documents in order to do the work. Handling of that data is governed by our project agreement and any NDA between us, and it is covered in more detail in Section 7.

What we do not collect

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Invoices are handled separately through our payment providers. We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data, and we ask that you do not include them in enquiry forms.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

What cookies are

Categories we use

What the advertising cookies do

If you arrive from one of our adverts and later submit an enquiry, these cookies let us see that the advert worked. They also allow us to show adverts to people who visited the site but didn't get in touch. They do not tell us who you are personally.

Managing cookies

On first visit you'll see a banner where you can accept or reject the optional categories. You can change that choice at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, though this may affect how the site works.

Do Not Track

Browsers can send a Do Not Track signal. There is no agreed industry standard for responding to it, so our site does not currently respond to these signals. Use the cookie banner instead — it does what Do Not Track is intended to do.

We use a number of service providers to run this business. Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

We may also disclose data where required by law, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

07Client Project Data

If you engage us for a project, we may be given access to systems, accounts, databases or documents belonging to you or your customers.

• We access only what is necessary to do the agreed work
• We do not use your data for any purpose other than the project
• We do not share it with anyone outside the project without your instruction
• Access credentials are stored securely and removed when the project ends
• For AI projects, we agree in advance what data may be sent to external AI providers and what must stay inside your own infrastructure
• Where an NDA is in place, its terms take precedence over this policy

On request at the end of a project, we will delete the project data we hold, other than what we must retain for accounting purposes.

08International Transfers and Retention

Transfers

We are based in Pakistan, and our service providers operate globally. If you are in the UK or EEA, your data will be transferred outside that area. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see Section 9.

09Your Rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what data we hold about you, and give you a copy
• Correct anything inaccurate
• Delete your data, where we have no legal reason to keep it
• Stop processing it, or restrict how we use it
• Transfer it to you or another provider in a usable format
• Withdraw consent for analytics and advertising cookies, at any time
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests

If you're in the UK or EEA and you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

10Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data: encrypted connections across the site, access controls on accounts and credentials, and restricted access to client systems on a need-to-know basis.

No system is completely secure. We can't guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you without undue delay if a breach occurs that affects your data.

11Children

This site and these services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact contact@mubeendewani.com and we will delete it.

12Changes and Contact

We may update this policy as our services or tools change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
