How quickly will you reply?
I reply to every message within 24 hours. I read each one myself rather than routing it through a form bot or a sales team. If your enquiry needs more detail, you'll get a clarifying question rather than a generic response.
Do I have to book a call?
No. For website and WordPress enquiries you can send your URL and get a written review with no call needed. For AI, transformation and custom software work, a free 30-minute call is the usual first step, but you can start with a written message.
What should I include in my message?
The problem in your own words is enough. Helpful extras are your current tools or website address, roughly how many people are affected, and any deadline you're working to. You don't need a brief, a specification or a fixed budget to get in touch.
Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?
Yes. I work with clients in the US, UK, UAE, Australia and Europe alongside businesses in Karachi and across Pakistan. Everything runs remotely, with calls scheduled in your timezone.
Is the first conversation really free?
Yes. The first call or written review is free and carries no obligation. It's how we both find out whether there's a real problem worth solving and whether I'm the right person to solve it. Paid work starts only after you've agreed a written scope.
Where are you based?
I'm based in Karachi, Pakistan, and work remotely with clients worldwide. Calls can be scheduled in your timezone, and in-person meetings in Karachi are possible by arrangement.
